Before leaving the hotel

Use this baggage sequence.

  1. Measure each piece.
    Include wheels, rigid handles, pockets, and the protective cover.
  2. Match the exact service.
    Check the train operator, locker bank, carrier counter, route, and cutoff you will actually use.
  3. Separate essentials.
    Keep medicine, documents, valuables, electronics, and everything needed through the delivery window.
  4. Confirm the receiving side.
    Ask whether the next hotel accepts luggage and which reservation name and check-in date belong on the waybill.
  5. Keep a fallback.
    Know the staffed counter, hotel-hold option, smaller day bag, or later train before the first plan fails.
